Nigahban Ramadan Package Latest Update
The Government of Punjab, under the leadership of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, continues its mission of providing financial assistance to deserving families through the Nigahban Ramadan Package. This initiative aims to support the underprivileged during the holy month of Ramadan by delivering financial aid directly to their homes.
Bahawalpur: Cheques Distributed at Doorsteps
In Bahawalpur, cheques are being delivered to the homes of eligible families under the Nigahban Ramadan Package. Deputy Commissioner Dr. Farhan Farooq personally visited Union Council No. 16 and 17 in Bahawalpur and distributed financial aid to the needy. The Assistant Commissioner of Bahawalpur City and the Secretary of the Union Council were also present on this occasion to ensure a smooth and transparent distribution process.

Khanewal: Rs. 10,000 Pay Orders Distributed to the Deserving
The relief efforts are also in full swing in Khanewal district, where financial assistance is being provided in the form of pay orders worth Rs. 10,000 to registered beneficiaries. These pay orders are being delivered directly to the homes of the people listed in the Punjab Socio-Economic Registry.
Deputy Commissioner Dr. Salma Suleman is personally supervising the distribution process to ensure transparency and fairness. She, along with Assistant Commissioner Sumbal Javed and revenue staff, has actively participated in delivering financial aid to 168 blocks within the district.

Important Instructions for Beneficiaries
Dr. Salma Suleman has issued strict instructions to prevent any fraudulent activities in the distribution process. She emphasized:
- Beneficiaries should not pay any amount to anyone in exchange for receiving their pay orders.
- If anyone attempts to deduct money illegally, they should be reported immediately.
- Those involved in fraud or money snatching will be arrested on the spot.
To ensure a smooth and fair distribution, the revenue staff is actively monitoring the process. People facing any issues or encountering fraudulent activities can report the matter by calling 0303-7251182.
